My belief stucks

It's the awareness that you know you have to shift something within yourself, you know you need to make some changes to see different results, but still, you can't make it.

Is it that you're procrastinating, are you scared of the outcome, don't you know where to start, or is there a lack of information on how to transform things in life to really make sure you're getting things done?

I quite often know it when I'm scared to do things that feel uncomfortable. I get red cheeks, I feel shivers, and what I do (and what most people do) is flight from it, step into their own bubble, and do what feels right. But what feels right is not always the best option, and staying stuck in your comfort zone, your safe space, because of certain thoughts and anxieties that are based on nothing, is not always relevant.

An example was me being really 'comfortable' with my phone. I heard my mom saying that I could make such beautiful pictures, but to be honest, it was not because of my phone; it was the editing that was on it. The biggest difference in comparison with the quality of an iPhone with HD-quality was in the making of videos. Mine were blurred, not clear and colourful, while I saw my business partners making stunning videos and reels.

I didn't feel the urge to buy a new phone. I told myself it was unnecessary, that I didn't have to buy a new phone only for the camera, but still, I felt like I was leaving something on the table by not listening to it.

Not yet

It's not the time

I'll wait till my phone is broken

Those were all thoughts I had in mind, and I kept myself small because I was afraid to invest in a high-quality phone. When I heard Nate's speech for the second time (the first time was in Latvia), he hit me again with his explanation of the employee mindset. Yes, I had to take risks to become a real entrepreneur. I had to step out of my bubble, out of my comfort zone, and do things that don't feel right for me. I was looking at my phone again, at my videos that I put into smaller clips, and I disliked what I saw. 'Come on, do something about it!'

And yes, when social media and your phone are not part of your business and life, I can get it that this doesn't make sense, but for me, it does. My camera is part of my business, to show others what's possible with the business I share about, and how to create a life you wish for by being your authentic self. So, right after the event, I decided to go out, look for a better phone with a high-quality camera, and invest in that.

And in the end, it felt so relieving that I now know that I can make stunning pictures and b-roll videos too, with a natural, pure, and real presence because of the quality that my camera has.

Another thing that's holding me back sometimes is that I feel like I want to make progress. I want to fully step into the role as a coach, a mentor, a person who may guide others by heart to step into a life that truly matters to them, and to see them shine. However, I'm afraid with YET no real results in that case, that it will never happen, that I'm trying so hard to get my warmth out, that I want to share my spark, my gratitude, my power of life, and my support, but that no one will resonate with that or that no one would benefit or even 'want' me as a coach or mentor to guide them the way.
It's a limiting belief, I know it, but speaking to myself that people will come to me, without people really coming to me, also creates doubt.

This comes up all the time, when I do my positive affirmations, when I work on my business, send messages, receive some, but never feel the right spark of how to follow up, and if this is THE person who needs my help and support to become a better version of themselves. Like the situation above, I need to take action, I need to work on this, but in comparison with the situation above, this feels more difficult, and I need to figure out how to knock this all down.
Some things you can do quickly at the touch of a button, like ordering the phone, but other things, working on thoughts, brain patterns, and mindset, need a little more time and effort to change.

Always remember you matter, you're important, and you are loved, and you bring to this world things no one else can
