My 3 key steps to achieve your goals
This year started with good intentions, but not exactly on January 1. I don't believe in those kinds of fluffy sentences people, including myself, speak out loud they 'want' to achieve, but never really get to see what it brings because they never take action. Or they take action, but their 'why' they want to achieve that goal isn't big enough, so they go back to old routines rapidly.
